The housing (9) has an electronic system provided in a housing interior and comprising a battery for supplying voltage to the electronic system. A removable cover (20) is provided at the housing for changing the battery, where the cover is suspended as a battery case cover on the housing. An upper shell (9') and a lower shell (9'') are provided in the housing and made of thermoplastic. Keys (10) are arranged at an upper side (30) of the housing for operating the electronic system. The cover is made of metal, ceramic or plastic.
