LINEAR LOW DENSITY POLYETHYLENE RESIN WITH EXCELLENT FILM TRANSPARENCY AND HIGH IMPACT STRENGTH

PURPOSE: A linear low density polyethylene resin is provided to ensure excellent transparency while expressing high impact property, and to be applied to various films such as a lamination film and food packing film. CONSTITUTION: A linear low density polyethylene resin is prepared by copolymerizing ethylene and alpha-olefin in a vapor phase reactor using a metallocene catalyst including a crosslinking bisindenyl-based component. The linear low density polyethylene resin has 0.940 g/cm^3 or less of a density measured at 23 °C according to ASTM D1505, 0.2~4.0 g/10 min of a melt index measured at 190 °C under 2.16 kg load according to ASTM D1238, 2~4 of molecular weight distribution, 85% or more of a composition distribution breadth index, -0.29 × MI + 1.5 or more of melting elasticity index(ER), 10 % or less of haze, and 300 g or more of impact strength.
