<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely prevent deformation of bulging upward, of an area around a burner of a top plate. Ž<P>SOLUTION: A radiation plate 18 of a size not projecting from an opening area of a receiving space 41 is fixed to a lower face of the top plate 16. As the radiation plate 18 has the size not projecting from the opening area of the receiving space 41, an outer peripheral edge of the radiation plate 18 is not supported by a counter top 40 when the top plate 16 is mounted on the counter top 40. As all of the weight of the radiation plate 18 is supported by the top plate 16, the radiation plate 18 exerts a function as a weight applying downward tension to the top plate 16.
