<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem in a conventional back hoe wherein agitation depth is digitally displayed in real time when improving soil, and it is difficult to acquire as an image which part in the ground is agitated only from the agitation depth. Ž<P>SOLUTION: This management system for an agitating and mixing apparatus has a position detecting means for detecting the position of a ground agitating part 5, and a display means for displaying the position of the ground agitating part 5 detected by the position detecting means.
