<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technology to improve drive power of a drive device. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The drive device includes a thin plate-shaped elastic member 11 having a free end FH and a fixed end KH connected to a fixed part, a drive element 13 formed on a prescribed surface of the elastic member 11, and an energizing means for energizing the drive element 13. The energizing means has an electric path 15 reaching the fixed end KH from the drive element 13.
