An electrical equalizing processing method and apparatus for optical signal and an optical fiber communication system are provided. The electrical equalizing processing method for optical signal includes that: the input optical signal is divided into N channels of optical signal (401), wherein N is an integer greater or equal to 2; the divided N channels of optical signal are band-pass filtered (402), the center frequencies of the frequency band used in the band-pass filtering for the N channels of optical signal are not same, and the pass band range of the frequency band and the frequency spectrum range of the N channels of optical signal are overlapped; the band-pass filtered N channels of optical signal is transformed into the corresponding N channels of analogue electrical signal (403); the N channels of analogue electrical signal is electrical equalizing processed to output the electrical equalizing processing result of optical signal (404).
