The filter has a mounting hole (22), and a thorn (30) axially extending from the mounting hole. A hose (34) with specific thickness is partially pulled over the thorn. The hose rests against a side of a wall (31) of the mounting hole and a side of the thorn, in an axial direction. A gap remaining between the wall and the thorn is larger than the thickness of the hose. The thorn forms an annular disk-shaped base (32), so that a cylinder wall-shaped free space formed over a part of periphery between the wall and the thorn is equal to the thickness of the hose.
