<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To restrain an impact force when a cylinder rod of an air cylinder is stopped. <P>SOLUTION: A paper delivering device comprises a reciprocating type air cylinder 173, a first electromagnetic valve 181 moving to three positions of: an extrusion position for supplying or discharging compressed air to the air cylinder to extrude a cylinder rod; a suction position for supplying or discharging compressed air to the air cylinder to suck the cylinder rod; and a stop position for stopping supply or discharge of compressed air to the air cylinder, a second electromagnetic valve 182 moving to two positions, an extruded position for supplying or discharging compressed air to the air cylinder to extrude a cylinder rod, and an retracted position for supplying or discharging compressed air to the air cylinder to draw back the cylinder rod and provided with a throttle valve 182c on a compressed air discharging side of the air cylinder at each position, and control means for moving the first electromagnetic valve to the extruded position or the suction position, moving the second electromagnetic valve to the extrusion position or the retracted position, and moving the first electromagnetic valve to the stop position when a predetermined time has elapsed. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
