<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a door panel which can secure bonding strength when an inside plate is bonded to an outdoor plate with an adhesive, can use a proper amount of an adhesive, and can prevent the outside plate from being deformed by a shrinkage cavity of the adhesive. Ž<P>SOLUTION: An adhesive-coated portion 34a coated with the adhesive is provided between all peripheral edges of the outside and inside plates 21 and 23 along a hemming-worked portion 33. An adhesive-coated portion 34b coated with the similar adhesive is provided in each joint 27 along a protrusion 29. An adhesive-coated portion 34e coated with the adhesive is provided between the outside plate 21 and the joint 27 of the inside plate in such a manner as to cross the central portion of the horizontally-disposed joint 27.
