PURPOSE: A floor structure of a fuel cell vehicle is provided to reduce the height of a kick-up part due to a hydrogen tank by forming a partial forming part which raises the upper part of a rear floor. CONSTITUTION: A floor structure of a fuel cell vehicle comprises a floor kick-up part. The floor kick-up part is formed on a connection part connected between a center floor(112) and a rear floor(114). The floor kick-up part is positioned above the position on which a hydrogen tank of a fuel cell vehicle is mounted. A body mounting bracket(119) is mounted on the center floor of the floor kick-up part. The body mounting bracket is installed between a chassis frame(100) and a car body. A partial forming part(120) is formed by raising the partial upper part of the hydrogen tank.
