<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a payment mistake of a debtor, and to facilitate confirmation of money reception by a creditor. <P>SOLUTION: In an asset management system having a server for managing assets and payment of debtors, the server has: an asset management DB for managing the assets of the debtors; and a contract management DB for managing contract information concluded between the debtors and creditors. The server creates payment data related to assets for a prescribed period charged in each debtor in reference to the asset management DB and the contract management DB, and transmits them to a terminal of the debtor. The server receives the already confirmed payment data and asset data transmitted from the terminal of the debtor, creates application data for payment of that month in each debtor based on the already confirmed payment data, and transmits them to the terminal of the debtor so as to confirm billing contents. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
