<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an immunodiagnostic device capable of observing a process on the way of a test under the condition where an enriched effect of a sample or a reagent is kept, in an immunoassay using a flow-through diagnostic device, and a kit using the device. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The flow-through type detection device for performing immunoassay, includes a resin body storing a solid phase support on which a capturing reagent to be bonded specifically to a material to be analyzed in a specimen sample is immobilized, and a flow control and/or enriching means, and includes a labeling reagent containing a ligand to be bonded specifically to the material to be analyzed, wherein the solid phase support is equipped with a test domain on which the capturing reagent is immobilized, and a non-test domain on which the capturing reagent is not immobilized, and the flow control and/or enriching means can control a flow rate of the reagent and the sample moving to the solid phase support, and enrich the reagent and the sample. The flow control and/or enriching means is molded from such a colorless transparent resin that the test domain and the solid phase support including the domain can be viewed through the flow control and/or enriching means, and has an opening part having a shape, a size and a position fit to those of the test domain on the solid phase support, and each color of the test domain and the non-test domain is confirmed and compared with each other through the flow control and/or enriching means without touching the flow control and/or enriching means, and without dismantling the flow control and/or enriching means from the detection device, to thereby confirm coloring or non-coloring of the test domain.
