The arrangement has electrical components (1) i.e. sensors, arranged on a common chip surface (2), where characteristics of the components to be measured is changed by a physical variable acting on the components. The components are formed of resistors, capacitors and inductors. An electrical equivalent circuit of supply lines of the electrical components is assigned to a matrix with a corresponding number of rows (R1-R4) and columns (C1-C4) of connector contacts (4), while geometric arrangement of the electrical components in a space is not established via the matrix.
