PURPOSE: An apparatus and a method for displaying the replacement time of a water-purifying filter in a refrigerator are provided to display the exact replacement time of a water-purifying filter using a control part to determine the quality and the flow rate of water measured by a first and a second sensor. CONSTITUTION: An apparatus for displaying the replacement time of a water-purifying filter in a refrigerator comprises a first sensor(210), a second sensor(220), a control part(230), and a display part(240). The first sensor measures the water quality at the inlet side of a water-purifying filter. The second sensor measures the flow rate of supplied water. The control part determines the replacement time of the water-purifying filter from values measured by the first sensor and the second sensor. The display part displays the replacement time of the water-purifying filter using the result from the control part. |
