PURPOSE: A panel and a method for manufacturing the panel are provided to make components having a decorative effect locate on a synthetic resin layer and to give an esthetic sense by a visual effect including a reflection, a shadow, and a color. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing a panel comprises: a step of forming a liquid mixture by mixing a liquid synthetic resin with one or more among a porous silica, glass powder, pearl powder and coloring ink; a step of pouring the liquid mixture on the upper side of a panel body; and step of solidifying the liquid mixture. The synthetic resin is one among epoxy, urethane, and polyurea. The porous silica and the glass powder are mixed in a ratio 1 - 5 volume part to 1 volume part of the synthetic resin.
