PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of a waterproof tile for a water tank is provided to construct a water tank with cheap costs by waterproofing the top surface of a tile. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of a waterproof tile for a water tank is divided into a first stage that half-finished tiles(110) are prepared, and a second stage that the half-finished tiles are preheated. In the first stage, a heater, an injecting nozzle(220), and a heating furnace(200) are prepared. The injecting nozzle is connected to a supply pipe(221), and sprays synthetic resin powder or rubber powder, or synthetic resin fluid or liquid rubber. A sensor which powers the injecting nozzle is installed in the heating furnace. In the second stage, the heating furnace is preheated to 600~1000°C by powering the heater. The half-finished tiles are passed through the heating furnace using a conveyor belt(300). The injecting nozzle coats the top surfaces of the half-finished tiles. |
