PURPOSE: A construction method of an impact absorptive resilient rubber floor material is provided to absorb the external impact by making a surface layer and an elastic floor layer as a duplex structure. CONSTITUTION: An elastic floor layer(60) is constructed to be inclined around a concrete projection which is mounted on the edge of a concrete retaining wall. A surface layer(50) is strongly adhered by widening the area of boundary face between the surface layer and the concrete projection. The surface layer is constructed on the elastic floor layer.
