PURPOSE: A method of driving display device and a driving circuit for a display device using the same are provided to removing screen dragging by inserting a black screen into screens. CONSTITUTION: A driver circuit of a driving method of a display device and display device using the same. A first vertical start signal is generated. A second vertical start signal delay less than by a first time interval is generated based on a calculated current. The first gate signal is outputted in response to the first vertical start signal successively. A first gate signal is outputted in response to the first vertical start signal. A data voltage is outputted during the high period of the gate signal by converting the data signal.
