PURPOSE: A moving screen for a water disposal plant is provided to filter sludge, stone, and sand flowing in a floor by coupling a bucket to a rake. CONSTITUTION: A moving screen for a water disposal plant comprises a load sensing bar(170), a spring(180), a load cell, and a controller. Side supporters are inserted into both sides of the moving screen. A frame(103) is inserted between the side supporters. A sprocket connected to a driving device is installed in the top of the frame to rotate a endless chain(130). Rakes(150) are formed in the outer part of the endless chain in uniform intervals. The load sensing bar is installed between the endless chain and the frame. The bottom of the load sensing bar is connected to the frame, and the top is separated from the frame. The spring maintains a distance between the load sensing bar and the frame. The load cell senses adhesion force of the load sensing bar. The controller determines whether the driving device is operated based on an output sensed from the load cell. |
