PURPOSE: An automatic apparatus for coating batter on ingredients to be fried is provided to resolve structural problem of the apparatus and automatically supply proper amount of powder and water. CONSTITUTION: An automatic apparatus for coating batter on ingredients to be fried comprises: a powder supply device(1) which supplies specific amount of powder; a fixed container(3) which contains ingredients to be fired, powder and water; a rotating plate(4) which mixes the ingredients, powder and water; a right-left rotating part(5) which rotates the rotating plate in forward or reverse direction; an up-down moving device(6) which lifts or lowers the rotating plate; and a control part which controls the powder supply device, water supply device, right-left rotating part, and up-down moving device.
