PURPOSE: An outside steering wheel of a vehicle with a steering wheel is provided to prevent button malfunctions due to water-tightly problem between the steering wheel and a button. CONSTITUTION: An outside steering wheel of a vehicle comprises a base, a steering wheel(50) and a controller. The base is combined in the inner side of a door panel. A micro switch(30) connected to a power window switch installs to the base. The steering wheel is combined in the outside of the door panel. The steering wheel comprises a steering wheel body and a steering wheel cover. The steering wheel body is inserted into the base. The steering wheel body comprises an actuating rod. The actuating rod operates the micro switch through the door panel. The controller is connected to the steering wheel. When the actuating rod is pulled out and the micro switch operates, the controller controls the power window switch in order to cancel locking of a door.
