PURPOSE: A polyvinyl chloride compound for pipes and joints is provided to exhibit excellent physical properties and mechanical properties such as high tensile strength and shock resistance and to improve durability and marketability of fluid pipes and joints. CONSTITUTION: A polyvinyl chloride compound for pipes and joint comprises: 100.0 parts by weight of polyvinyl chloride resin; 2~13 parts by weight of liquid 3-aminopropyl triethoxysilane; any one of 0.3~0.6 parts by weight of tin-based stabilizer or 3~6 parts by weight of calcium-based stabilizer; 1~4 parts by weight of a processing aid; 1~5 parts by weight of nano-sized light coal; 3~5 parts by weight of general coal; 2~5 parts by weight of impact reinforcing agent. The liquid 3-aminopropyltriethoxysilane can be replaced with N-beta-(aminoethyl)-gamma-aminopropyltrimethoxy silane, liquid triaminofunctional silane, or liquid N-beta-(aminoethyl)-gamma-aminopropyltrimethoxy silane.
