PURPOSE: A chair capable of stretching a waist is provided to prevent users from experiencing waist pain by stretching a waist with a rotatable upper side of a seat back. CONSTITUTION: A chair capable of stretching a waist comprises a seat(A), and a seat back(B) capable of holding the back of a user who is seated on the seat by being installed in the back of the seat in a vertical direction. The seat back comprises the following: a lower seat back(100) installed on the rear side of the seat; a supporting stand(210) fixed to the lower seat back; a first and a second linking member(220,230) hinge-coupled with the supporting stand to rotate the lower side of the seat back forwards and backwards; a linking device(200) including a rotation unit(240) hinge-coupled with the upper side of the first and the second linking member; and an upper seat back(300) combined with the rotation unit.
