PURPOSE: A terminal connecting device is provided to enable a worker to control the number of bus bars and the interval between bus bars by including bus bars which are movable according to a guide channel of a frame and to enable the easy parallel connection of terminals by rapidly handling the number and location change of terminals to be connected in parallel. CONSTITUTION: A terminal connecting device includes a frame(31) and a bus bar. The frame is made of metal material and a guide channel(35) is formed along with the direction of the frame in the frame. The bus bar is movable along with the direction of the frame and connected with multiple terminals to be connected in parallel.
