PURPOSE: A wheel-axle transferring device for a wheel-axle press is provided to move a wheel and axle in the exact location by moving and rotating the wheel-axle transferring device. CONSTITUTION: A wheel-axle transferring device for a wheel-axle press comprises an axle supporting board(10), a wheel and axle carriage(20), an back and forth transfer table(30), a bearing housing(18), a motor(40), and a power transmission unit. The axle supporting board is operated with the fluid pressure. The respective axle is supported in both ends of wheel and axle. The wheel and axle carriage is made of frames which meet with the axle supporting board at a right angle. The back and forth transfer table moves back and forth within the frame of the axle supporting board. The bearing housing is located on the frame of the back and forth transfer table. The bearing house is mounted on the lower surface of the axle supporting board and contains the bearing in order to rotate the axle supporting board. The motor is installed on one end of the wheel and axle carriage. The power transmission unit delivers torque of the motor to the back and forth transfer table and moves the back and forth transfer table. |
