Invention herewith explained refers to a new solution of an exhaust device for combustion, the waste gases from the block of petrol and diesel internal combustion engines (ICE), and the subject-matter of the device, according to this invention is in, that it uses the flow of waste gases from an internal combustion engine (M) which in a high speed flow toward the outside, flowing through a muffler (3) whereto one end of a metal pipe (1) is connected, and at the lateral side of which is achieved an outlet (16), by an acute angle (α) most appropriate between 40° and 50°, is inserted one end of a metal pipe (5) with its tubular part (15) and the other end of which is, over the flexible hose (6) connected to a pipe (8) to an air vent the block of the motor (M) over the pipe (8), thus therein vacuum is generated, due to the fact that inside the pipe (1), the inserted end of the pipe (5) with inclined tubular part (15), a space (18) is formed and therein the exhaust gases are retained and a narrowed space (19) through which the flow of the exhaust gasses is increased, and around the tubular part (15) and the inside wall of the pipe (1) turbulence is created, hence from the block of the motor (M) over the pipe (8) of the hose (6) and pipe (5) when the tubular part (15) the gases are sucked and exhausted through the other end of the pipe (1), in the atmosphere, waste gases, i.e. the residues of the burned gases that would otherwise penetrate through the sealing rings on the pistons and the valve guides of the motor (M). Further subject-matter of the invention is in, that herewith prevented is unnecessary, exhaust of harmful exhaust gases in the system for air suction and therewith improved is the work of the motor (M) and fuel savings, as well. Application of this device helps to prolong the quality of the grease-oil and viscosity as well as the life time of all the wear and tear parts of the engine (M). Device can be used in a long-term used, it cannot be damaged easily, hence it needs no maintenance, and its parts can be easily replaced; hence the device is cost-effective for working out, easy for building-in and exploitation in the vehicles.
