PURPOSE: A navigation device of a mobile terminal in the GPS signal and a map for offering the road guidance information is provided to supply the road guidance service to the user by displaying the road guidance information on the road. CONSTITUTION: A GPS(Global Positioning System) receiver(301) occurs first vehicle location data of a navigation device. A DR(Dead-Reckoning) sensor(302) generates the traveling direction of the vehicles and velocity of car. A map matching unit(303) the vehicles estimated position and the link within map data. A hand-free module performs the telephone call through the call center. A controller generates the road guidance information and reception of the real-time traffic information.
