PURPOSE: A pinion valve assembly of a vehicle and a hydraulic power steering system including the same are provided to prevent eccentricity by supporting the rotation of an input shaft using a rotation supporter of the pinion valve assembly. CONSTITUTION: A pinion valve assembly of a vehicle comprises an input shaft(210), a valve housing(255) and a rotation supporter(300). The upper side of the input shaft is connected to a steering column(205) and the lower side is connected to a pinion shaft(240). The input shaft transfers the cornering force of the steering column. The input shaft is inserted into the upper of the valve housing and the pinion shaft is inserted into the lower part. The working fluid flows in inside the valve housing. A fixing part is fixed to the valve housing. The rotation supporter is formed on the lower part of the deformation supporting part.
