PURPOSE: A noodle making apparatus is provided to immediately manufacture noodles for cooking, and to supply to retail noodle stores with a compact size of noodles. CONSTITUTION: A noodle making apparatus comprises the following: a hopper unit(10) to insert flour from the outside; and noodle making unit(200) manufacturing noodles using flour supplied from the hopper unit; a mixing unit(220) included to the noodle making unit, kneading the flour and water by rotating; an extruding unit(230,240) pressing the mixture from the mixing unit to make noodle; and a cutting unit(250) cutting the noodle coming out from the extruding unit while rotating. The mixing unit, the extruding unit, and the cutting unit are installed at the same axle on the noodle make unit. |
