PURPOSE: A water saving type toilet bowl is provided to remarkably reduce water consumption by discharging sewage without a hitch. CONSTITUTION: A water saving type toilet bowl comprises a lever(14), a first link(22), an excretion opening and closing device(28), a second link(30), a third link(32), a discharge outlet stopper(34), and a siphon(42). The lever is rotatably coupled to a toilet bowl water tank(12). The first link is rotated by the lever. The excretion opening and closing device is ascended and descended by the first link, and opens and closes a discharge passage(40). The second link is ascended and descended by a connector(24) for the opening and closing device, and opens and closes the discharge outlet stopper. The third link is rotated by the second link. The discharge outlet stopper discharges or blocks water within the toilet bowl water tank. The siphon is connected to the discharge passage, and discharges sewage. |
