FIELD: measurement equipment. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention is related to measurement equipment, in particular, to systems of positioning and devices for detection of inclination angles in objects and equipment in production and everyday life versus local horizon. Method for measurement of inclinations includes measurement of gravity force acceleration projection value on axis of acceleration metre, signal from outlet of which, being proportional to measured angle D, is used to detect angle of inclination versus horizontal plane, at the same time signal of acceleration metre outlet is amplified proportionally to coefficient of measured angles range. System for measurement of inclinations for positioning of objects comprises body with working surface and circuit board of positioning system unit arranged inside body, on which at least one acceleration metre, electronic circuit of signal conversion and interface unit are arranged, at the same time electronic circuit of signal conversion is arranged in the form of serially connected unit of operational amplifiers, feedback of which includes electronic potentiometres, and microcontroller, at least one metre of acceleration, electronic circuit of signal conversion and unit of interface are serially connected to each other, and coefficient of operational amplifiers feedback is set depending on range of measured angles. ^ EFFECT: reduced manufacturing costs by provision of hardware unification of positioning, and also improved reliability of operation, expansion of device operational resources and improved accuracy of measurement in the field of angle measurement in the range below 90. ^ 3 cl, 5 dwg |
