PURPOSE: A system and a method for achieving accelerated processing rate are provided to accelerate the data communication in an unreliable network. CONSTITUTION: An encoding component(40) performs syntactic analysis of a response to determine a communication port allocated to a communication session for the response. The encoding configuration elements inspect a data packet to determine the source and destination ports, and perform the marking and segment of the data packet having the source and destination ports to provide the encoded data segment for transmission to the client. A decoding component(50) performs the decoding and recombination of the data packet based on the encoded data segment in the encoding configuration element associated with the client.
