PURPOSE: A floor manufacturing method for a railway vehicle is provided to cut off vibration and noises of the railway vehicle by forming a buffer layer on the floor of the railway vehicle. CONSTITUTION: Laminated members are connected to the lower part of either side of an upper strip plate(40) with first and second screws(50,60). A surface layer including first and second veneer boards(26,36), the upper strip plate, and the first and second screw heads is subjected to a compounding process and a planarization process in sequence. A floor material is placed on the surface layer.
