The piece (50) has a connection element permitting fixation of a vehicle body (40) on a understructure portion i.e. cradle (20), of a vehicle using a clamping bolt (45), where the connection element is formed of an elastic joint (22), a nut (42) and an orifice (44). A tubular body has an end that cooperates with the connection element of the vehicle body or the understructure portion. The tubular body is arranged in manner to permit fixation of the vehicle body on the understructure portion of the vehicle using the bolt.
