METHOD FOR RE-RESECTION OF STOMACH IN ULCER OF GASTROENTEROANASTOMOSIS

A method for re-resection of the stomach in the ulcer of gastroenteroanastomosis consists in re-resection of the stomach with the ulcer, the application of gastroenteroanastomosis with the distal loop of the small intestine, the suturing of the stump of the afferent loop, the application of duodenojejunoanastomosis with the switched-off distal loop. The suture line of the stump of the afferent loop is reinforced and peritonized with the efferent loop.
