The exchanger has a bridging profile (3) including first set of arrays (31, 32) of an incisor shaped projection (4), where one of the arrays is engaged at a region of a narrow side (1.1) of a flat tube (1) of a flat tube array (10). The other array is engaged at a region of a narrow side of a flat tube of another flat tube array (11). A collection box (2) is formed with second set of arrays (21, 22) of the projection, where the array (21) of the second set is engaged at the region of another narrow side (1.2) of the tube. The other array (22) is engaged at a region of the latter narrow side.
