FLEXIBLE THIN PRINTED BATTERY AND DEVICE, AND METHOD OF MANUFACTURING THE SAME

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flat and thin flexible electrochemical battery.

SOLUTION: The carbon-zinc battery contains: a zinc anode directly printed on a first part of a flexible non-conductive base plate material; a sealed housing; and a gelled electrolyte solution containing zinc chloride, water, and a gelling agent. The zinc anode and the gelled electrolyte solution are housed in the housing, and the zinc anode is obtained by printing a water-based anode-prescribed material containing zinc, zinc acetate and polyvinyl pyrrolidone having molecular weight in a range of 2.0-4.0×106, directly on a first part of the flexible non-conductive base plate material.
