<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an insulation structure of an expansion joint capable of avoiding the rusting due to the entry of rainwater without requiring a large number of man-hours for the formation and the adhesion of an insulation material. Ž<P>SOLUTION: An annular insulator 1 is installed between the bottom surface part 4a of a grooved recess formed in the front part of one of a pair of tongue rails and an insulation plate 13a. The side surface of the base 2 of the annular insulator 1 is fitted to the insulation plate 13a, and the inner diameter 2a thereof is fitted to the outer peripheral surface of an insulation tube 13b.
