PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a belt attachment elimination device surely removing powder attached on the surface of a conveying belt, reducing labors for maintenance, and improving production efficiency. SOLUTION: A duct-collection scraper 50 is provided with a step part 54 for scraping powder adhered on a surface of a conveying belt 31 by a groove 55 diagonally formed on front and back flat parts 53 of a slit 52. Thereby, the powder scraped by the step part 54 is sucked and collected from the slit 52. The step part 54 is formed by the groove 55 formed on the flat part 53. The groove 55 approaches to or contacts the surface of the conveying belt 31 to suck the powder also from the groove 55, and suck the powder in a wide range not only from the slit 52 but also before and after it.
