<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for preparing a dispersion liquid of inorganic nanoparticles, with which solvent replacement of a first dispersion medium used for dispersing inorganic nanoparticles in the dispersion liquid of the inorganic nanoparticles, by a second dispersion medium can be easily and efficiently performed only to the second dispersion medium finally, without agglomerating inorganic nanoparticles and without making the dispersion liquid gel, and to provide the dispersion liquid of inorganic nanoparticles, which is prepared by this preparing method, and a composite composition. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The method for preparing the dispersion liquid of inorganic nanoparticles comprises a step of interposing a third dispersion medium having <3 absolute value of a solubility parameter value (SP value) difference between the second dispersion medium and the third dispersion medium when the first dispersion medium used for dispersing inorganic nanoparticles in the dispersion liquid of inorganic nanoparticles is replaced by the second dispersion medium.
