<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress degradation of antenna efficiency even when a conductive hinge is used. Ž<P>SOLUTION: In a folding-type wireless communication device including a first circuit member 15a disposed within a first casing 10a, a second circuit member 15b disposed within a second casing 10b, a conductive hinge receiver 21 rotatably connecting the first casing 10a and the second casing 10b, and an antenna near a hinge section of the second casing 10b, an inter-casing impedance adjusting means 23 that connects the first circuit member 15a and the second circuit member 15b is provided.
