A tape-pin corona electrode of electrostatic precipitator relates to the field of dust removal by electrical gas cleaning in electric filters and can be used in different branches of industry (power engineering, metallurgy, building materials etc.). The electrode with points has an orthogonal section of bent tape bed with a length L faceted in the form of a polyhedron open from one side (or half pipe or their combination) with obtuse edges on internal faces. The points are made in the form of regular, or irregular plane triangles with apexes in the form of pins. They are formed by folds with a step H of two external faces of bent bed of tape so that total number of pins makes N=L/H, n=0,5L/H per each of them. The apexes of adjacent pins are directed oppositely. The bases of flat triangular folds are orthogonal to the end lines of external faces. The length of larger leg of regular flat triangular folds is equal to 0.4-0.8H and it is formed by 0,4-0,8L/N of fractions of the length L of each of external face. The planes of triangular folds are orthogonal to the planes, which lie between the external and internal faces of bent bed of tape. Technical result is increase of dust catching efficiency. |
