A vibration bowl separator contains a frame, on which a housing in the form of a vertical cylinder rests, to which unbalanced vibrators are fastened, coaxially with which electric servomotors are installed, in the case the unbalanced vibrators are connected with a concave flat-conical bowl, which walls are made in the form of a cylinder, moreover in the basis of bowl, coaxially to it, an unloading pipe for heavy particles is installed, and a feed hopper is located above the bowl. The separator additionally contains a distribution cone of initial product, which is located between the feed hopper and bowl and is installed by basis upward, the opening angle of which is greater than the opening angle of the cone of bowl; in the case the internal surface of bowl is equipped with a corrugation in the form of an Archimedes spiral with height of corrugation, which decreases in the direction from the unloading pipe to the periphery of cone on each turn of spiral, moreover the relationship between the width of corrugation and the pitch of turns of spiral is equal to 1÷ (5-6). Under the cone a cylindrical rubber ring is installed, which diameter is greater than the diameter of unloading pipe. The bottom edge of rubber ring is located below the upper part of unloading pipe with possibility of adjustment of height of the rubber ring arrangement and position of the upper cut of unloading pipe, and an unloading opening is made in the cylindrical wall of bowl for unloading fine (light) product. |
