PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fine printing device equipped with a cleaning mechanism for a blanket surface, capable of removing uniformly and surely ink remained on a surface of a blanket roll, and capable of maintaining high printing precision over a long period, in the fine printing device for transferring ink supplied to an original plate to a base material via the blanket roll. SOLUTION: This fine printing device for transferring the ink supplied to the original plate to the base material via the blanket roll has the cleaning mechanism for removing the ink remained on the surface of the blanket roll after transferred, and the cleaning mechanism is provided with a cleaning film having a pressure-sensitive adhesive layer on its surface, and a film driving mechanism for moving the cleaning film while bringing its surface into contact with the surface of the blanket roll.
