<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a farm implement wherein a working portion is easily moved. Ž<P>SOLUTION: A gas spring (energizing member) 91, which is installed between a transmission frame 51 and a front frame 13 and is rotatably connected to both the frames 51 and 13, follows the rotation and parallel movement of the transmission frame 51, and is energized when the working portion 50 moves between a forward-moving work position and a rearward-moving work position and also between the working positions and a storage position.
