<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a display system or the like capable of displaying containers with their labels facing in a predetermined direction even if the containers are placed with their labels facing in random directions when vertically displaying the containers on the display apparatus. Ž<P>SOLUTION: When a container 20 is placed on a rotating table 312, the rotating table 312 is lowered. A base plate 351 has a screw section, and a shaft 312c also has a screw portion. Therefore, the rotating table 312 is lowered while rotating. Consequently, the container 20 placed on the rotating table 312 is lowered while rotating. When the rotating table 312 is lowered, a first projection 352 and a second projection 353 are projected from the upper face of the rotating table 312. The projected first projection 352, for example, is entered into a first recessed section of the container 20.
