<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lighting device capable of inhibiting unevenness of luminance in a light-emitting region when the lighting device is made to have a large area. Ž<P>SOLUTION: A first electrode made of a transparent conductive film is formed on a light-transmitting substrate, and a light-emitting material-containing layer is formed on the first electrode, and a second electrode is formed on the light-emitting material-containing layer, and a first opening is formed on the light-emitting material-containing layer and the second electrode to partially expose the first electrode, and an insulating film is formed to cover the second electrode and the first opening, and a second opening is formed on the insulating film formed on the first opening to partially expose the first electrode to form a third electrode to be electrically connected with the first electrode in the second opening.
