<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of biochip capable of performing accurate biological examination without adversely affecting biosamples. Ž<P>SOLUTION: This method includes processes for forming a reaction channel (110) for providing a sample on the first substrate (100); forming an adhesive channel (120) for filling an adhesive on the first substrate (100) and the second substrate (200) so that a bulkhead is interposed between itself and the reaction channel; providing an injection hole (221) for injecting the adhesive into the second substrate (200); bringing the first substrate (100) and the second substrate (200) close to each other; injecting the adhesive (310) from the injection hole (221); and making the adhesive (310) harden.
