<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a strap-shaped body suitable, for example, as a shoulder strap of a brassiere, and facilitating the regulation of length. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The strap-shaped body is obtained by mutually superposing a pair of flat long bodies having a prescribed width and having flexibility, enabling the bending and folding, and binding the pair of the long bodies to each other in the width direction for a prescribed pitch along the longitudinal direction to form a plurality of bag (cylinder)-shaped openings into which stop tabs or the like can be inserted from the width direction, between the bound positions.
