PRODUCTION OF THE OPIOID PEPTIDE BIPHALINE

The perspective uses of the opioid peptide o with the common name biphaline as an analgesic requires the design of economical synthesis methods of this peptide. It turned out that the critical stages of synthesis, the formation of an appropriate diacylclohydrazide can be performed using appropriate carbodiimides in the presence of N-hydroxybenzotriasol. At the same time, it turned out that the removal of the butyloxycarbonyl protection of the amine groups of amino-acids and peptides can be performed using concentrated hydrochloric acid in an organic solvent.
